– Co-ordinating the construction programmes of various contracts into an overall construction
programme.
– Co-ordinating the execution of the construction processes to ensure adherence to the overall
construction programme.
– Ensure that all necessary inspections are carried out.
– Arranging for and monitoring the rectification of defective work including that which arises
during the contractual defects liability period
