The quantity surveyor has a financial, contractual and ethical competence, which therefore credits him or her as being a party with the ability to play a pivotal role in both meeting the client’s needs and avoidance of corruption and mismanagement of both private and public funds. The profession itself has a strong conviction that it has the expertise and experience to complement all the other professions deemed necessary in a property development and construction project

What We Offer
The practice was conceptually established in 2003 with its official registration, taking place in January 2004. Lakhanya Quantity Surveyors has been established to offer a comprehensive range of Professional Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Construction Cost Consultancy services in both the private and public sectors. The close corporation is a professionally registered Quantity Surveying practice and is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS)
